Training sessions on project funding: obtaining a funding agreement and avoiding accounting errors

From March 2022 onwards, the German Lost Art Foundation will be offering training sessions on the legal aspects of project funding.

These are to be held on the first Wednes­day of ev­ery cal­en­dar month. The ses­sions are aimed at the Foun­da­tion’s fund­ing re­cip­i­ents and will fo­cus on the fol­low­ing top­ics: 

  • Rules and reg­u­la­tions
  • Types of fi­nanc­ing
  • Guide­lines for prepar­ing a proof of use
  • Fund­ing re­cip­i­ent au­dits and con­trols
  • Re­pay­ment and in­ter­est on re­im­burse­ment claims

If you are in­ter­est­ed in at­tend­ing, please con­tact us at kon­takt@kul­turgutver­luste.de stat­ing the above sub­ject, your first and last name and, where ap­pli­ca­ble, your in­sti­tu­tion. Train­ing ses­sions are cur­rent­ly planned to take place vir­tu­al­ly due to con­tact re­stric­tions.

The event will be held as a We­bex video con­fer­ence. At­ten­dance is free of charge but par­tic­i­pants must reg­is­ter no lat­er than the last Wednes­day of each month. Ac­cess da­ta will be sent out a few days be­fore the event.
The per­son­al da­ta you pro­vide will be pro­cessed by us in ac­cor­dance with da­ta pro­tec­tion reg­u­la­tions and ex­clu­sive­ly for the pur­pose of the train­ing ses­sion. The pro­vi­sion of da­ta is vol­un­tary. Your per­son­al da­ta will be delet­ed af­ter the train­ing ses­sion.
